Through this program, student coaches will teach technical skills and share their athletic experiences, guided by professional fitness instructors to improve physical performance and functional strength.


The program covers game rules, technique analysis, key principles of conditioning, injury prevention, teamwork, and leadership skills.Participants not only gain practical knowledge from different sports but also connect with peers who share the same passion for fitness and personal growth—learning, sharing, and progressing together.
