Join the MoveWell Fitness Challenge, a fun, supportive, and goal-oriented program designed to help youth athletes, families, and community members stay active, stay consistent, and feel stronger — both physically and mentally.

You’ll complete a series of daily or weekly movement tasks, designed to improve your:

Whether you’re a beginner or an athlete in training, this challenge is built to meet you where you are — and help you level up.
