🌟 Why It Matters

Too many athletes rush back before they’re ready — or never learn how to move correctly after an injury. This workshop gives them the knowledge, tools, and support they need to rebuild with intention, not just repetition.

Let’s shift the mindset from “just get back out there” to:

✅ “Move better.”

✅ “Train smarter.”

✅ “Recover with purpose.”
